Set Top Box “ON” or in “Standby”
Look at the front Display of the STB

ON

1. Channel # is displayed
2. On button has green light
   (difficult to see)
   

STANDBY

1. Time of Day is displayed
   
2. On button has red light
   (easier to see)
   
   

Set Top Box Freezes (Picture Freezes)

1. Unplug set top box
   On left hand side in back of box - pull
   black cord for 20 seconds
   
   
2. Plug cord back in
   Wait 2-3 minutes
   Set top box will come on in
   “Standby Mode”
   
   
3. Power set top box back on with power
   button on remote control
   
   

USING A VCR
Set-top box must stay on the channel you are recording. You cannot tape a program and watch a different channel on the same TV.
